  • The Golden Regency Soup: A Ritual for Radiant Self-Concept

    In the “Exhaustion Trap,” we eat to survive. In the Sovereign Regency, we eat to become.

    This soup is designed using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles to nourish the Spleen and Stomach—the energetic centers of your “Self-Concept” and your ability to manifest. When these centers are strong, you feel grounded, beautiful, and in command. When they are weak, you feel “wacky” and uncentered.

    This is liquid gold for your skin, your spirit, and your sovereignty.


    The Architecture (What You’ll Need)

    • 1 Large Butternut Squash (or 3 Sweet Potatoes): Roasted until caramelized. Nourishes your “Center.”
    • 2 Inches Fresh Ginger & 2 Inches Fresh Turmeric: Grated. These clear the “shadows” from your system and brighten your complexion.
    • 1 Can Full-Fat Coconut Milk: For cellular hydration and that “Golden Hour” skin glow.
    • 4 Cups Vegetable Broth: (Vegan) Or high-quality Bone Broth (Flexitarian).
