My name is Vanessa Marie Glynn, and for decades, I lived in a reality designed by someone else.
I grew up in what I call the “Strange Era”—the late 70s and 80s—a time when society turned a blind eye to the exploitation of young girls. Like many of my generation, I was at the mercy of a cultural script that treated children as assets to be managed rather than people to be protected. For a long time, the world felt like a series of “unnatural and unobtainable ideas” forced upon me before I could even understand my own identity.
Breaking the “Wacky Nonsense”
For years, I followed the script of the modern woman:
Running a full-time career with high-level professional standards.
Managing the mental load and housekeeping of a family.
Being the cook, the grocery shopper, and the “sexy” object.
…all while receiving a zero return on my investment.
I lived in the Exhaustion Trap, believing the “sugary lies” that if I just worked harder or gave more of myself, I would finally be “enough.”
From Asset to Architect
The turning point came when I realized that my training as a Relief Chef Manager and a Certified ServSafe Proctor gave me more than just kitchen skills—it gave me the tactical blueprint for Sovereignty. I realized I was applying professional-grade discipline to everyone’s life but my own.
I stopped being an Asset for others to use up and started being the Architect of my own fortress. I moved out of the “Cave of Shadows” and into the light of my own Regency.
The New Standard
Today, from my home base in Bangor, Pa, I help women decentralize the external scripts that are draining them. We build using three professional-grade pillars:
The Intentional Hearth: Using ancestral wisdom and TCM principles to feed the Divine Portal.
The Sovereign Exit: Tactical blueprints for dismantling toxic scripts and leaving the “Strange Era” behind.
The Resource Command: Systems for financial independence and wealth architecture.
Goddess By Design is not a self-help site. It is a tactical manual for the woman who is tired of suffering and ready to reclaim her lead.
